我的葡國雞!我的人生經驗!

有一個政治新星被人發現了她曾賣淫,被人問及的時候,她說她只是吸取人生經驗而然!做雞,真的可以吸取人生經驗嗎?

我認為,其實做甚麼都可以吸取人生經驗的,返工可以,做義工可以,做雞,都可以!不過,我做的是葡國雞!

這個餸,是我奶奶的代表作之一(其實佢樣樣都係代表作啦),可是在她珍傳的秘笈裏,我竟然找不到這味餸的食譜。於是,在上次跟她偈電話的時候,我提出了我的訴求。不出半日,她用電郵傳授了我!

葡國雞
1只  薯仔1只  紅籮白1只  洋蔥1只  蔥適量

黃羌粉3湯匙  咖哩粉1湯匙  椰汁4兩  雀巢忌廉1

花奶1小罐

醃雞料: 2茶匙  糖2茶匙  生抽2茶匙  豆粉1茶匙

1只  古月粉,味精,酒少許

做法: 1. 雞洗淨,切件,2小時.

2. 洋蔥,蔥切條, 薯仔,紅籮白切塊.


3. 用油炸薯仔,紅籮白.

4. 黃羌粉,咖哩粉用水開成糊.

5. 鑊下油2湯匙,放下黃羌粉,爆香洋蔥,,放入雞,薯仔, 紅籮白,水淹剛高過材料即可,

cooking, cooking!

6. 煮熟透後,將椰汁,忌廉, 花奶拌勻,

7. 放入焗爐,烤至金黃色。

完成!!

雖然還不是完美,但做這味雞,也能吸收很多人生經驗!
